Returns Policy

At Patriciaswear, we want you and your furry friends to be 100% happy with your purchase. If a product isn't the right fit, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Note: We have adjusted this from 45 days to 30 days to align with industry standards for pet wear, ensuring items are returned while still in season/stock.

2. Return Conditions (Hygiene & Safety)

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.

  • Pet Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, items must be free of pet hair, odors, stains, or signs of wear. We recommend trying on apparel/harnesses over a thin t-shirt or using a lint roller before returning.

  • Packaging: Must include original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your invoice or order confirmation is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our customers' pets, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/Customized Gear (e.g., engraved name tags).

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., pet diapers, opened grooming products).

  • Final Sale Items (clearly marked on the product page).

4. Return Process

  1. Request: Contact us at info@patriciaswear.com with your Order Number and a photo of the item to confirm its condition.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and a replacement or full refund.
