Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or high volume periods, processing may take an additional 2-4 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you immediately via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer global shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the Rest of the World. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active and searchable within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Patriciaswear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Loss

Patriciaswear is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. However, we value our customers and their pets' experience:

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage (photos/videos) and save all packaging materials before filing a claim with the shipment carrier.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office and contact the carrier directly.
